We collect information you provide directly when you fill out our discovery-call form, including:

Your first and last name
Work email address and phone number
Company name, your role, company size, industry, and website
The description of the people challenge you choose to share

We may also automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web logs and any analytics or cookies we enable in the future.

How we use your information

To respond to your request and schedule your Human Equity Review
To prepare for and follow up on our conversation
To communicate with you about the Personal Equity Framework and related services you've expressed interest in
To operate, maintain, and improve the Site

How we store and share it

Form submissions are processed and stored in our customer relationship management system, HubSpot, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as HubSpot and email providers), and only as needed to provide the services described above, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that message.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
